Valve vydali přes Steam další ze svých četných updatů. Tentokráte je update určen pro Half-Life 2: Deathmatch. Jeho hlavním přínosem jsou dvě nové zbraně Slam, Stunstick, navíc se vrací i páčidlo. Další novinkou, která si určitě zaslouží zmínku, je nová mapa dm_steamlab.
